This training track is the backbone of building a professional IT specialist or engineer and cybersecurity professional. It combines the comprehensive fundamentals of hardware and software, network management, systems and server administration, and finally the protection and securing of this infrastructure.
This track aims to prepare you to work with high efficiency in technical support (Helpdesk), Network Administration, System Administration, and the early stages of Cybersecurity.
The track begins with the fundamentals of maintenance and hardware, then moves on to connecting them to networks, then managing servers and central systems, and ends with securing all these elements against threats.

CompTIA A+ — IT Fundamentals and Technical Support
Objective: Build a solid foundation for everything related to computers, operating systems, and smartphones.
Skills Gained:
Understanding hardware components, their maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Working with different operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android).
Fundamentals of printers, home networks, and user management.
Technical support and professional interaction with clients and users.
CompTIA Network+ — Computer Networks
Objective: Understand how data travels between devices and design and manage enterprise networks.
